Feedback Promotions

I have been in business as a DJ since 1994, and Feedback Promotions was established in 1997. I provide DJs, Sound & Lighting Equipment, A/V services, as well as support in other aspects of event preparation. Roughly 75% of our business is catered to subcontracting to Event Planners, Venues, and other DJ companies, though we do have a strong supply of our own business as well. I advertised only during my first year in business, and have maintained by word of mouth and repeat clients since. This introduction campaign marks the first in over a decade.

Our new direction is mainly due to the fact that as much as we enjoy working with Planners and Venues, our full potential is being limited by the association with other DJ companies. Although we have been working ‘behind the scenes’ in most cases, Feedback Promotions has still been developing its own identity over the last decade, and I need to source those that appreciate that identity. After reviewing the patterns, I have come to realize that we attract those that are looking for entertainers with the youthful enthusiasm of a Club DJ, but the respect, maturity and formal consideration of a Wedding DJ. I am proud to say that we are ‘hip’, and ‘traditional’ at the same time. We are up with the newest tracks, and down with the classic hits.

Currently I have 6 DJs working directly with me, and a network of over 25 that I exchange business with. My staff are experienced in events ranging from weddings and corporate, to bars and nightclubs. Each of my staff, and the other DJs I work with have their own strengths musically, and technically. Some are skilled MCs, but all are performers. My DJs are of different ages, different cultures, and different beliefs. But they all love music first, and trust me to conduct business that is in their best interest, and is most fulfilling.

Our music services extend to video presentation equipment, lighting, and other atmospheric support. We can provide your clients with online itinerary builders, DJ correspondence, and song request lists. We are fully capable of giving client consultations, and work in complete discretion. As I have worked as a retailer, as well as a distribution and manufacturer’s rep in the Pro Sound and Lighting industry, our equipment selection is premium, and at the same time budget-conscious, to keep our rates realistic. And I can assure you we have an inventory available to suit the most demanding client.
